The Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce, which sponsors the annual Wild West Days event, is committed to providing affordable, quality family entertainment that benefits our community, citizens, organizations and merchants, and which celebrates our rich western heritage.

Sponsorship Levels

Corporate Sponsor – Suggested at $5,000 – $10,000

The Corporate Sponsorship entitles you to the following:

  1. One – 3’ x 10’ arena-side banner and two – 3’ x 5’ wagon banners which are displayed throughout the Wild West Days weekend.
  2. Announcement of your corporate name as a Major Wild West Days Sponsor throughout Wild West Days weekend, placement of your logo on all marketing materials and WWD website.
  3. Complimentary jeep tour with Johnny Ringo’s Carefree Adventures, for up to four people.
  4. Dinner for four at your choice of one of the following: Binkley’s, Cartwright’s Steakhouse, Tonto Bar & Grille, Carefree Resort Ironhorse Saloon, Cody’s Grille, Harold’s Cave Creek Corral or the Buffalo Chip Saloon and Steakhouse, Venues Cafe.
  5. Complimentary Wild West Days T-Shirts.
  6. Complimentary 15-person wagon and entry into the Wild West Days 2011 Parade, held Saturday, November 5th, 2011. The wagon can be for your family, business or the charity of your choice.

Special Event Sponsor – $2,000 – $4,900

Available Events include:

  • Walk for 100, benefitting Arizona’s service men and women, and the 100 Club of Arizona.
  • Bath Tub Races, proceeds go to the Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce.
  • Meet & Greet Western Icons at the Cave Creek Museum, benefitting the Cave Creek Museum & The Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce. An evening under the stars filled with cowboy stories and ballads by the great s- Marshall Trimble, Bob Boze Bell, The Arizona Duuuude, Chaz Lee, Dolan Ellis, W.T. Hall, and others. Lance Headlee will be signing his Wild West Days posters.
  • Pig Races, proceeds go to the Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce.
  • The Cowboy Gathering: Ballads & Stories, at the Cave Creek Museum, proceeds benefit the Cave Creek Museum.

  5. Dinner for Two at Venues Café, Binkley’s, Tonto Bar & Grille, Cartwright’s Steakhouse, Harold’s, Buffalo Chip Saloon or Cody’s

Arena Sponsor or Wagon Sponsor- $1,000 – $2,000

  1. Your sponsorship entitles you to a wagon for use in the Wild West Days Parade. Each wagon can hold approximately 12 – 15 people. We request that your wagon and people in the wagon display a western theme and outfits. The wagons are driven by professional drivers and horse teams.
  2. One – 3’ x 10’ banner hung arena-side or two 3’ x 5’ banners hung on both sides of the transportation wagons. These wagons will be used as transportation on Cave Creek Rd. on Wild West Days weekend. There are 5 wagon stops for people to get on and off the wagons.
  3. If you are an arena sponsor, your banners will be prominently displayed at the arena.
  4. Announcement of your corporate name as a Major Wild West Days Sponsor throughout Wild West Days weekend, placement of your logo on the Wild West Days website.
  5. Complimentary Wild West Days T-Shirts

Sponsor-a-Pig – $300

One of our most popular sponsor categories!

  1. You will have your own pig named after you who will participate in all the pig races, which are held at High Noon Sat., Nov. 5th immediately after the Wild West Days Parade and Walk for 100.
  2. Personalized pig poster with your pig’s name and company logo. These posters are hung throughout the establishments in Cave Creek, and are hung all over Harold’s patio.
  3. Pig-side VIP seating on Harold’s patio.
  4. Your company name and your pig entry announced throughout the day at Harold’s and during the Pig Races.
  5. Your pig and your company logo on the Wild West Days website.

Merchant Value Package – $350

  • An ad placed on the Wild West Days walking Map & Schedule of Events – estimated quantity to be printed is 10,000
  • One 2’ x 3’ banner to be displayed on one of the transportation wagons throughout the Wild West Days festivities
  • Placement of your logo on the Wild West Days website.

Wagon-Stop Sponsor- $300

  • 1. Exclusive banner hung at the wagon-stop of your choice throughout Wild West Days!
  • 2. Placement of your logo on the Wild West Days website.

Banner Sponsor- $150

  1. Your 3’ x 5’ banner hung arena-side or on a wagon throughout the weekend.
